How is Allergy Testing at Integracare different from other clinics?

In “standard” Allergy Testing a set of allergens is placed on the skin to determine to what you are allergic. Next, an Immunotherapy solution is made and treatment is started. All of the allergens are placed in the solution at the same low concentration. The concentration is slowly raised for ALL of the antigens at the same time. This results in a response from your body to ONE antigen at a time, and a prolonged treatment time, measured in months and years!

At Integracare, we offer Provocation-Neutralization testing. We start the same way, using a set of allergens to find out to what you are allergic. We then give a series of shots that are dilutions of the antigens you are allergic to and determine the “maximum tolerated dose”. We then make your custom designed immunotherapy solution using the unique “maximum tolerated dose” for each antigen. This results in a therapeutically effective solution on the FIRST injection typically delivering results in weeks rather than years.
